Isabella Gady

Program and Research Strategist

Isabella is a Program and Research Strategist at 3×3 focused on making positive social and civic change through design. She fuses elements from many disciplines with design – combining research, strategy, policy, and coaching. Her work has crossed over humanitarian, economic, governmental, and social spheres, co-creating spaces, programs, and processes that promote inclusion, engagement, and authenticity. Prior to 3×3, she was an independent consultant, worked as a Programme Manager at the UN Trust Fund to End Gender-Based Violence, co-founded the New York Digital Diplomacy Chapter, and served as Spokeswoman and Special Advisor for International Development at the Austrian Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs. She holds an MS in Strategic Design from Parsons School of Design, and an MA (Magistra FH) in Economic Sciences from the University of Applied Sciences St. Poelten.
