Paula is focused on facilitating qualitative research, conducting public outreach, and creating visual communications at 3×3. With a background in urban planning, social architecture, and project management, she is passionate about understanding complex social issues and translating them into accessible design services for communities. Prior to joining 3×3, Paula designed branding, services, and outreach strategies for mental health and education-focused nonprofits in São Paulo and New York. She also developed graphic materials for UN Women, Gensler, and Parsons DESIS Lab. Paula holds an MFA in transdisciplinary design from Parsons School of Design, The New School and a Bachelor in Architecture and Urban Planning from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie, São Paulo.
