Haya is a Field Team Associate at 3×3, where she supports Community Recycling Events in partnership with DSNY. With a background in economics and a passion for cities, she brings a civic-minded, research-driven approach to community-based projects. Before joining 3×3, she led Urban Refuge, a civic-tech nonprofit connecting asylum seekers with essential resources in urban areas. She also designed and led a Green Building Bike Tour in Boston, highlighting models of sustainable development. Haya is most at home at the intersection of research and lived experience, curious about the systems behind the places we move through, and driven to make them more inclusive. She holds a BA/MA in Economics from Boston University.
