Isabella is focused on making positive social and civic change through design at 3×3. She fuses elements from many disciplines with design, including research, strategy, policy, and coaching. Her work has crossed humanitarian, economic, governmental, and social spheres, and she has worked to co-create spaces, programs, and processes that promote inclusion, engagement, and authenticity. Prior to 3×3, she was an independent consultant, a program manager at the UN Trust Fund to End Gender-Based Violence, a co-founder of the New York Digital Diplomacy Chapter, and she served as a spokeswoman and special advisor for international development at the Austrian Federal Ministry for Europe, Integration and Foreign Affairs. Isabella holds an MS in strategic sesign from Parsons School of Design, The New School and an MA (Magistra FH) in economic sciences from the University of Applied Sciences St. Poelten.
