Janice focuses on bringing stakeholders together to problem-solve for community challenges and innovation initiatives at 3×3. She applies mixed methods research, service design, policy analysis, and facilitation in the fields of civic innovation, community, and international development. Prior to 3×3, Janice worked as a consultant in social innovation programs for UNICEF, the International Rescue Committee, a tech startup in Myanmar, and other international organizations including the Council of Foreign Relations and the Millennium Villages Project. She has years of experience designing and evaluating social programs in education nongovernmental and community social services organizations. Janice’s work and writing have been featured in the World Policy Journal and the Inter-agency Network for Education in Emergencies Academic Space. She holds an MPA in development practice from Columbia University and a BA in religion from Austin College.
