Raissa Xie

Program Strategist

Raissa is a Program Strategist at 3×3, where she works at the intersection of community, public space, and civic innovation. Her work spans the built environment, technology, government, and healthcare, bringing together perspectives across disciplines to create more equitable futures. Previously, she was a design researcher at Openbox and a fellow at the Mayor’s Office of New Urban Mechanics (MONUM) at the City of Boston, focusing on participatory research, strategy, and human-centered design. She holds an MFA in Transdisciplinary Design from Parsons School of Design and studied psychology and architecture at Washington University in St. Louis. When not at 3×3, Raissa is a performing aerialist, artist, community organizer, and collector of plants who is always looking for new places to set up her hammock.
